A new contemporary dwelling will replace a derelict abandoned bungalow on a underutilised back-land site. The design concept is to provide a contemporary dwelling with an emphasis on sustainable design, constructed from recycled and sustainably sourced materials as well as using integrated renewable technology for micro power generation, reducing reliance on the national grid and resources.
